When I cook for you, I work with you to determine what kinds of food you and your family likes. I also work with any dietary requirements that you or your family might have. The first step when working with me is to fill out an extensive food survey which gives me a great picture of what your tastes and needs are.
After we work through the survey I work to put together a menu that you and your family will enjoy. A sample menu might include some of the following dishes:
Spicy Peanut Shrimp with Brown Rice
Shrimp sauteed and topped with fresh cucumbers, red bell peppers, and green onions. Cilantro covered with spicy peanut Sauce. Brown rice bases this lovely meal!

Slow cooked beef ribs in Chinese marinate with soy, ginger, hoisin and garlic sauce. Yummy!
